1 onion
4 cloves garlic
1 red chili
2 teaspoon ginger
4 teaspoon coriander
Oil
3 cups vegetable bouillon
Salt and pepper

Peel the carrots. Chop the carrots, onion, garlic and chili. Put it in a pot with oil, ginger and coriander and saute.
Pour in the bouillon and let simmer for 30 min. or until the carrots are tender. Blend the soup until smooth. Taste with salt and pepper.
The soup has a consistency as puree, but if you wan it to be thinner you can add more bouillon and spices.
